Shipping policy

1. Object and scope

This Shipping Policy governs the terms and conditions applicable to the processing, shipping, and delivery of orders placed through the Ysium Medical SL website (hereinafter, “Ysium Medical”). Its purpose is to ensure transparency and provide customers with clear information regarding delivery times, costs, and procedures.

2. Geographical scope and delivery times

Ysium Medical ships to all of Spain, including the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or international destinations, customers must contact our team beforehand to confirm availability and specific conditions.

Estimated delivery times are between 1 and 3 business days for domestic shipments once payment and product availability have been confirmed. For personalized or made-to-order products, the delivery time may be longer, and this will be expressly communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination and the total weight or volume of the products purchased. 4. Processing and delivery conditions

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding national and local holidays) and shipped via specialized courier services. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the information provided is correct and complete. Ysium Medical is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Delays or incidents

In the event of delays due to logistical, weather-related, or force majeure causes, Ysium Medical will inform the customer as soon as possible. Under no circumstances will these delays entitle the customer to compensation, although a reasonable solution will be offered to ensure delivery of the order.

6. Shipping and order tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. Through this link, they can check the status and location of their shipment in real time.

7. Order receipt and verification

Upon delivery, the customer must carefully inspect the package before signing for it. If any visible damage to the packaging or signs of tampering are detected, this must be noted on the carrier's delivery slip and immediately reported to Ysium Medical via email at support@ysiummedical.com within 48 hours of receipt.

If no communication is received within this period, it will be understood that the order has been received correctly and in perfect condition.

Returns and refunds policy

1. Object

This Policy governs the conditions applicable to the return of products and the refund of amounts paid by customers of Ysium Medical SL , in order to guarantee transparency and the protection of their rights.

2. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16 , the customer who has the status of consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the contract without need of justification, except for the legally provided exceptions.

However, Ysium Medical voluntarily extends this period to 30 calendar days , provided that the requirements established in this Policy are met.

3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Withdrawal and refund will not be permitted in the following cases:

1. Products that have been opened, handled, or used.
2. Products whose original packaging is damaged or incomplete.
3. Soft surface replacements or other consumables unsealed after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and health protection, in accordance with article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
4. Products made according to customer specifications or clearly customized, except for conformity defects.

4. Acceptable refund scenarios

Returns will be accepted in the following cases:

1. The product has manufacturing defects.
2. The product has been damaged during transport.
3. The product has not been opened or used and is returned intact in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

5. Return procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal or request a refund, the customer must send an email to support@ysiummedical.com , indicating the order number , the product to be returned , and the reason for the request .

Ysium Medical will confirm the authorization in writing and provide shipping instructions. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

6. Return shipping costs

In cases of voluntary withdrawal , the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In the case of defective products or products damaged in transit , the costs will be covered by Ysium Medical.

7. Refund

Once the product has been received and its condition verified, Ysium Medical will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. The maximum refund period will be 14 calendar days from the date the product is received or from the date the customer provides proof of return.

Where applicable, Ysium Medical may deduct from the refund amount any reasonable depreciation resulting from improper handling of the product by the customer.
